Branchi is an artisanal salumi producer based in Felino, in the province of Parma. We live and work in a unique region shaped by its microclimate, culture, and culinary traditions: the gentle hills of Parma, renowned for their cured meats—handed down through generations and exported worldwide by visionary entrepreneurs. These hills are our home, the nature that inspired our childhood imagination, and the language of good living and sharing that defines our community.
The Branchi family has worked in the pork industry since the immediate post-war period, when Erminio Branchi converted a small canning company into a ham curing business.
Later, his son Franco carried on the work and was the first in the Parma area to begin producing cooked ham. Those were the years of the “economic boom,” and the company experienced significant growth.
Alongside the production of Parma Ham, new products were introduced—cooked hams, which today form the core of Branchi’s production.
The current company, Branchi srl, was officially founded in 1987 by Tito Branchi. In its historic headquarters at 11 Via Roma in Felino, the business began its journey with fresh ideas, supported by a wealth of valuable experience.
Today, Tito is joined in running the company by his children Franco, Giovanni, and Carlotta.
